At the same time that I was in the Buddha Abide Show, I also had a piece in the annual Santa Barbara Printmaker’s Show (of which I am a member) this is on display at the Ojai Art Center on Montgomery Street. I did something totally different for this show. I also belong to the Nature Printing Society and attended their annual workshop last year in Santa Barbara. It was so much fun we did quite a bit of different printing using materials from nature, leaves, flowers, seaweed and fish for gyoko printing. (I didn’t do that part) It was a lot of fun though. I did this rather large seaweed print and wanted to enter it to this show.
