I’m happy to let you know that I have donated 2 of my solar etchings to this great cause. Not only that but I’m very proud of Mika, my daughter who got her first piece accepted to this juried show, this gorgeous photograph of the Ventura Harbor at sunset

Joyful Heart provides basic services for the most vulnerable Rwandans, homeless orphans and genocide survivors. These services include food, shelter, and education. They are also providing some assistance to refugees in the UN camps in Goma, DRC. For more information visit:

Here’s a mother and daughter team that make some pretty amazing goat’s milk products. They have partnered with The Nomad Foundation to donate a herd of goats to the Tuareg people of Niger. Check them out at
