Santa Barbara Gallery Shows
Hello everyone,
I have 2 wonderful announcements to make, I am going to be in 2 shows simultaneously in Santa Barbara.
Spring is always a special time for me, not only is it my birthday time (April 4th) but it just seems like it’s a new beginning, new and fresh energy. Us Aries love new beginnings! I might even be in another show in Ventura, I’ll keep you posted.
The first show will be through the Santa Barbara Art Association (of which I’m a member) at the Gallery 113 in Santa Barbara. My show’s theme is REFLECTIONS. I will be exhibiting 10 of my monotypes that I have made in my studio on my new press and I ‘m excited to be able to share these. I had a lot of fun working on this project as I had no time constraints and just go lost in the moment that usually ended up to be several hours.
The opening reception is Thursday April 3rd from 5-8 PM. Santa Barbara has ART NIGHT on the first Thursday of every month, go check it out. There are special exhibits, demonstrations, music, food and lots of art at all the galleries. It’s a very festive and fun evening, a great date night.
The “Reflections” exhibit will run until Saturday April 26th

AND today I got juried in to the Buddha Abide Show also in Santa Barbara at the Frame Works /Caruso Woods Art Gallery located at 813 Anacapa Street This is the 8th year of this incredible show, I have been fortunate to be selected to participate in the last 3 shows. It’s great show with 20% of the profits being donated to Santa Barbara Domestic Violence Solutions and Tibetan Children’s Village.
